Let’s face facts: Samsung’s Galaxy S II is blazin’. Running on a 1.2GHz Exynos processor, it bodes well for the next Exynos chip, which Samsung just announced.
The new Exynos 4212 is a 1.5GHz dual-core chip, fabbed under 32nm processes, and should mean Sammy's next tablets and smartphones will be lightning fast. It's 'optimized for 3D graphics and mobile gaming action' and Gameloft's already on-board to produce games specifically developed for it, so expect some decent gaming performance from the next Galaxy line too.
When we'll see the Exynos is uncertain, but as SlashGear points out, both the recently announced Galaxy S II LTE variants will come packing a 1.5GHz dual-core, so it might make an appearance sooner rather than later. [Samsung via SlashGear]
