Following in the footsteps of the Spotify-Facebook union, Google is reported to be preparing Google+ integration into its forthcoming Google Music store. You’ll be able to share purchased tracks for one free listening with your G+ friends.
The service is rumoured to go live within the next couple of weeks with at least two of the four big music labels on-board. Let’s hope that Google’s learnt from the mistakes of Spotify and doesn’t go the spammy route, piping everything you’re listening to onto Google+. [WSJ]

I agree that I don’t want Google Music posting everything I listen to on G+ but I would like the option of being able to post a “Darrell Jones is listening to” style update. Maybe make the reception of this kinds of post something you can opt out of, like the games posts.
