While LG's lips are sealed as to whether the Optimus LTE will ever burst its way out of the South Korean walls and find itself on our high street store shelves, it's a crackin'-lookin' phone which you may want to consider if it does make it here.
It's South Korea's first phone which couples the super-fast 4G connection speeds with a hi-res IPS screen, which measures 4.5-inches. Inside, there's a 1.5GHz dual-core processor, and a 1,830 mAh battery. Let's hope every other manufacturer takes notice of that bigger battery, and actually lifts their game. While the 10.4mm-thin phone only has 4GB of internal storage, there's an included 16GB microSD card that pushes the overall memory to 20GB.
Running on Gingerbread, the Optimus LTE won't have the same data speeds if it ever makes it to the UK, but it's certainly making its neighbour's Samsung Galaxy S II look a little low in self-esteem, isn't it? [LG]
