London Unfurled Squeezes 37-Foot Artworks Into iPad

By Gary Cutlack on at

Architect Matteo Pericoli has spent quite some time sketching London. Now two of his huge, 37-foot-long drawings have been stitched together in iPad app London Unfurled.

Buyers of the app get a scrolling version of the intricate drawings, plus there's also a sort of 'Illustrator's Commentary' included, with an audio chat by Matteo accessible if you'd like to hear his thoughts on the city and his drawing processes. Plus cultural types Iain Sinclair and Will Self also talk about their favourite north and south parts of the town.

The iPad app costs a rather daunting £7.99, so is probably best left to art and architecture enthusiasts. [iTunes via Apps Rush]
