We heard on the grapevine that Apple’s MacBook Pro line was going to get a few internal upgrades, but now they’re live and ready to ship.
Nothing particularly revolutionary to be seen here — mostly speed and space increases. The 13-inch now comes with a 2.4 GHz dual-core chip as standard; where as the 15-inchers get a quad-core 2.2GHz Core i7 as standard with a boasted GPU, the Radeon HD 6750M, replacing the older 6490M. All models are ready to ship right now and range from £999 to £2,099 plus customisation options — so you still need to take out a mortgage for an SSD-equipped one. [Apple via SlashGear]
