The ‘sunrise‘ period is now over. You can officially buy dot-XXX domains from your favourite domain registrar, as of today. Whatever your imagination can conjure up, and no I don’t want to know thanks, can be registered as long as no-one’s shot first.
Like every other domain TLD, prices vary between registrars, so make sure you shop around — but they should set you back around £60-70 a pop. Maybe it’s time to register gizmodo.xxx; you know, just in case.
