Button-Mashing Could Prove Tricky on the World's Largest Gamepad, Which Is In London Now

By Kat Hannaford on at

How much do you want to prance across this NES controller, which just so happens to be the world's largest gamepad? If you hotfoot it over to Liverpool Street station in London today, you can button-mash with all fours, while playing Tetris against a world-champ. No, not Dr. Mario, I'm afraid to say.

On display until later today, the 12ft x 5ft 3in x 1ft 8in (which is 30 times larger than the NES controller you had as a kiddywink/grown man) was built by an engineering student from our fair isles, and weighs 18 stone.

If you do a little dance across the buttons, make sure you take a photo and send it to us, ok? [Guinness World Records]
