That’s what the latest rumour states; this time it’s coming out of the murky world of Eldar Murtazin, who’s notoriously connected, but has a bit of a hit-and-miss record with this kind of thing.
You’ll have to treat it as purely rumour and speculation, we’ll likely find out for sure next month at MWC, but we could see the Galaxy S III in Europe, and by extension the UK, as early as April.
Murtazin is claiming he's got the device in his possession and that Samsung’s latest and greatest will pack an unspecified HD screen; a 12-megapixel camera; Ice Cream Sandwich, and a 1.5-1.6GHz processor. Looking back to last year, the Galaxy S II made an appearance at MWC in 2011 only to hit store shelves in April that year. So, perhaps Murtazin is right. Let’s hope so, it’s time we had something decent to knock the Galaxy Nexus off its prized Android pedestal. [Phone Arena via Android Community]
