Some users are reporting that their Netflix streaming app gets stuck in an update-crash loop after upgrading to the latest PlayStation 3 firmware. The update rolls in the PSN to SEN changes and finally gives the much maligned browser some love.
Thankfully there seems a simple fix – just delete and re-install the app from the PlayStation store and you should be golden to continue your uninterrupted Midsomer Murders marathon. [PlayStation Blog via The Verge]

Not a problem. Netflix in the UK is so shit I quit using it four days into my free trail.
Why would I pay (after the trial) for dozens of episodes of South Park, a few must-see films showing on the free-to-air Film 4 around the same time (e.g. Hurt Locker), a host of unbelievably crap films, and a load of TV programmes free on the likes of 4OD?
