Adobe's Lightroom 4 Is Here, and It's Half the Price

By Jamie Condliffe on at

Adobe's latest version of Lightroom, the photo management and editing tool, was released as beta back in January. Now it's been officially released as Lightroom 4, and brings with it a big drop in price; the full version now costs around £110 instead of the £250-of-so.

In terms of features, Lightroom 4 brings with it the option of assembling and ordering photo books directly from the software, location-based organization, baked-in Facebook and Flickr functionality, and new highlight and shadow editing features.

Existing Lightroom users can upgrade for £60-odd, while a new license costs around £110. [Adobe]
