There aren’t many cars that make better bedroom poster fodder than Ferrari’s. The Italian supercar maker has just busted out the fastest Ferrari to date. The F12berlinetta packs a new generation, 6.3-litre 730HP V12 engine and a dual-clutch gear box straight out of F1 – this thing will be an absolute beast doing 0-62mph in just 3.1-freaking-seconds, and it doesn’t look half bad either.
The F12 also packs Ferrari's next-generation carbon-ceramic brakes, as you might expect, so it’ll hopefully stop before you wrap it around a tree travelling at its top speed of 211mph -- that's almost warp speed. It’s apparently designed with "exceedingly high aerodynamic qualities" in mind. Whatever. This thing is gorgeous, whichever way you spin it – even Fernando Alonso and Felipe Massa think it’s a beauty (apparently they'd trade their sister/cousin for the car).
The Berlinetta is set to debut at the Geneva Motor Show this month to replace the 599 GTB. Now, who wants to give me £1 million so I can buy, fuel and possibly actually insure this exotic specimen -- I'm buying 10 Euromillions tickets right now. [Jalopnik]
