Lenovo Trying a 9.7" Android Tablet Next, to See if Anyone's Bothered

By Gary Cutlack on at

Lenovo's twiddling the spec sheet a little and having another go at making an Android tablet, in the unibody form of its new S2109.

The latest Lenovo tablet will arrive featuring a 9.7" IPS display, a "gunmetal" unibody casing that's only 8.9mm thick, a 1.3-Megapixel front-facing camera for video chat fun, four speakers, micro SD, HDMI and USB support, plus Android 4.0 onboard as the OS and official Play Store access with it.

Nothing's mentioned about processor spec just yet, sadly, but if you don't already own a very similar thing from Samsung, ViewSonic, Toshiba and the rest of the Android tablet consortium, it might be of interest. If it's cheap. [Notebook Italia via Slashgear]
