Sony NEX-F3 Snapped With its 16.1-Megapixel Sensor Icon on Show

By Gary Cutlack on at

A spy shot of Sony's forthcoming NEX-F3 mirrorless camera has revealed what the plastic's going to look like on the top-left corner of the camera, and, more importantly, that Sony's going to be stuffing a 16.1-Megapixel sensor into the thing.

The image also shows a tidy little pop-up door that masks the accessory port (or perhaps even a pop-up flash unit), plus what appears to be the top edge of a hinged LCD display that can tilt 180 degrees for easy self-snaps.

There's also one of those little metal loops for attaching it to a strap. Hey, there's not much more to go on, OK? [DPReview via Engadget]
