The BBC's immense plans to cover the London 2012 Olympics are also making their way to Virgin Media customers as well as those on Sky and Freesat, with Virgin saying it'll be carrying all 24 of the BBC's 2012 live streams.
The Olympic feeds, which will all be available in HD, are in addition to the BBC coverage on its main channels, and will appear separately on the EPG and also pop up through the 'Red Button' options on the BBC channels.
Virgin Media will also be broadcasting new channel Eurosport 3D, which goes live on July 27th. That'll carry a mixture of live content and highlights, all in 3D. The women's pole vault is going to be even more spectacular than usual this summer. [Virgin Media]
