Conceding that sometimes making a quick drawing on a piece of paper still has the occasional benefit over sketching on a tablet, Wacom has updated its touchscreen-friendly Bamboo stylus with a capped ball point pen on one end.
The other side still features the soft conductive rubber tip which works just like a finger on a touchscreen device, minus the grease and fingerprints left behind. The Bamboo Stylus Duo, as it's now known, will be available for £25 sometime this month. Separately, Wacom's free Bamboo Paper app—which lets you create and organise notes and sketches—arrives in the Android Market today. The stylus doesn't have to be exclusively used with the company's app, but as a simple digital notebook, the price is certainly right.
