At only nine-years-old, Martha Payne might be the next great food critic. The adorable girl from Argyll in Scotland reviews her daily school lunches on her blog with a Food-o-meter rating scale; considerations for hair (ew!) and pictures galore.
Here's an example of one of her reviews which consider taste, texture, price and portion size. Payne does such a good job in comparing experiences too:
My soup tasted of mainly carrot but i am not sure. I had three wee roast potatoes which were a bit small and the sausages are very different to the ones I get at home. They are very crispy on the outside and the texture is like a baked potato.
Mouthfuls- I must take a pad to keep tally!
Health Rating- 6/10
Pieces of hair- 1 (under the cucumber)
That's pretty good, right? Short, sweet and to the point. I know the sausages are tough, the potatoes are small and the soup is carrot. I also know that there was a piece of hair (!) under her cucumber though she didn't seem to make a big deal out of it. Read all of Martha's reviews here at NeverSeconds. [NeverSeconds via PSFK]
