We’ve been waiting long enough, fuelled by teasers, behind the scenes sneak peeks and a couple of photos from the sets, but now we’ve finally got a full-blooded trailer to sate our Bond cravings.
I have to admit I’m a bit of a Bond fan; gadgets, girls and espionage — whats not to love? Out of Craig’s Bond flicks, Casino Royale was pretty good and Quantum of Solace was OK, but Skyfall looks set to be Craig’s best Bond yet. Glimpses of a tube crash; some serious looking weapons, and Bond back on British soil certainly bodes well for a proper 007 outing for his once-doubtful 23rd appearance. October 26th can’t roll around quick enough. [007.com]

Sony's Xperia T Will Be Used In Skyfall by James Bond
Excellent…this is exactly the sort of Bond we have come to expect. The release date cannot come fast enough.
Visually looks stunning, can’t wait to see some more.
Hoping they can put together a better story then the horrible Solace
First Avenger’s Assemble, then Prometheus, and now Skyfall… Looks like the cinema is going to get more of my money this year than previous years
You got there first (see below). I completely agree!
Add Dark Knight Rises to that list and I’m in movie heaven
Forgot about that one… so that’s 4 films worth of tickets and popcorn they’re going to get out of me this year.
Not forgetting The Bourne Legacy. Sure, Matt Damon isn’t in it this time, but Jeremy Renner was superb in The Avengers, so I’m sure he’ll do brilliantly in this.
This is a good year for films…
Really looking forward to this. Daniel Craig is the only Bond actor other than Connery who’s actually believable as a killer.
you didnt like Pierce Brosnan?
Err, Timothy Dalton.
The best bond, the only one who was true to Ian Flemming’s character. He used to sit on set reading the books. He had turned down the role previously because he felt he wasn’t ready to do the character justice.
It’s a travesty there were only 2 Dalton films!
But the best film for me is on her majesties secret service if you ask me (braces for barrage of abuse).
OHMSS has the best fight sequences but Lazenby was just too smarmy. And too Australian.
I liked Dalton since he got the more serious side of Bond down to pat but he never captured the sense of humour that Connery and Craig managed. Brosnan was good, but he was more suave than stylish.
I really like the end of OHMSS; it added another level of emotion to the character which I thought was quite clever and they did pretty much the same thing with Graig’s Bond in casino royale too.
Dalton was good too but the films let him down I think and the Brosnan films were just ridiculous …especially the puns! which is why I don’t like the roger more films, way too much slapstick in there with the American police officers (what were they thinking?!).
“Yoo sum kinda seecret eygent, boiii?”
Ha …terrible!
Looks good, never bothered watching the last one because I heard it was crap so fingers crossed for this one.
it was indeed but I think the films are related so you may want to watch it on a lazy sunday.
Just realised I was on one of the sets of this movie’s filming in London.
Jimmy’s back
“Someone is coming to kill us. We are going to kill them first.”
That’s always a good advice I have to say.
I’m quite happy to say that I worked on the Underground train scenes and got to met Daniel Craig and Sam Mendes. Also got to watch the monitor of Roger Dekins. The LUL scenes look amazing, believe me.
My brother also managed to be an extra on the Westminster station scenes.
