Intel’s back with the crazy-sauce dancing tiger last seen in the Ultrabook commercial back in March, and yup, this promo (staged in front of the Japanese media just a few days ago) is just as bonkers. I definitely can’t say it makes me want to buy an Ultrabook, but a dancing tiger, well…where’s the nearest zoo? [@LukeWestaway via SlashGear]

Aaaaaaaagh!! That won’t be leaving my head for hours. Thanks Kat!
I would love to work for a Japanese advertising agency!!
They must be on some new drug we haven’t discovered yet.
And side note, they should have thought of a short dance move for the intel chime at the end… Just sayin.
Awesome! That is quite possibly the best promo I have ever seen.
All the best ones I’ve seen have been by the Japanese.
I was at Microsoft WPC in LA last year…and they had these random guys in suits randomly come together and dance like in the video below in Flash Mob style as you walked around the Convention Centre having coffee in the morning.
We only realised they were commissioned to do it by Microsoft once we filed into the Keynote. It’s a crazy culture…they don’t seem to be corrupted by any notion of shame:

One of the arcades in Hiroshima had a 4 person racing game and when you played it, one of the employees would actually sit and commentate on the race. It was slightly disconcerting the first time but they just have a very different notion of shame and performing in public isn’t a bad thing – hence why karaoke and dance revolution are popular. I go as far as to say it is one of the best things about Japan……that and the free packets of tissues they hand out with advertising on.
Don’t know why but I really liked it, nice moves
