Slow Motion + Skateboarding = Friggin' Awesome

By Jon Partridge on at

When people say that everything looks better in slow motion, they definitely are not lying. And what better than some sweet tricks on skateboards from a group of friends with a Phantom cam.

Taking inspiration from EA's Skate games, the group drop down, kickflip and grind their way to glory in perfect jaw-dropping-slow-motion. The video is called Scorch & Wood, and all the shots seen are thrown at you at a minimum of 1500 frames per second, and go all the way up to a mind-blowing 6900 frames. That's 6900 frames per second. You know that's awesome. [YouTube via Kotaku]
