As many users might have seen in the past, using both the iOS and Mac versions of iWork doesn't quite work in the harmonious way that you think it would. But this is going to change when Mountain Lion drops, as iWork will automatically sync via Documents in the Cloud.
At Monday's Worldwide Develoeprs Conference keynote, Apple Vice President of Software Engineering Craig Federighi showed off the new feature which many commuters would find extremely useful. The documents do not only sync after a save, but they actually update in real time. And as demonstrated on stage, editing a Pages document on an iPhone, the same document on a Mac updated itself in real-time. Look forward to this update when Mountain Lion drops soon. [MacWorld]
