Google Updates its Maps Photo Database to Enhance Aerial Lechery Opportunities

We were impressed by Bing's increased photo resolution, now it's Google turn to upload newer satellite photos of the tops of our houses for us to aimlessly scroll around in wonder.

Google claims to have updated the satellite and 45-degree imagery for 25 world cities and some 74 countries in this latest update, including parts of London. The data for London's clearly much more up-to-date than that offered by Bing's recent data refresh, as you can see from the state of the Olympic stadium in the pics. It's finished and having the opening ceremony pieces installed in Google's data, with Google telling us these images were taken as recently as May. [Google]
