Got some ginger beer that should be ready to enjoy this weekend too. I’m a home brew MACHINE.
Fine work!! I have a Gallon of Black Cherry wine, a Gallon of Elderflower and Honey wine, a gallon of Elderberry and Ribena wine, a Gallon of Strawberry and Honey wine all either in bottles or fermenting and i have a 25 liter beer set up with Coopers Candian Blonde ready to go! I started with the wine and bought 2 Demijohns as they’re small but decided to go for the beer set up, not started it yet but plan to this weekend. I bought a Batch of Desert wine yeast off t’internet so i can also pimp some juices!

It’s just a kit beer unfortunately – I made a fully home made one a few months ago and it was explosive, and quite strong.
this stuff is quite nice, great when it’s served ice cold, very refreshing. How did you make the Elderflower and Honey wine? That sounds amazing. I’m not too sure what to put on next, I want to try a wine, but with the crazy long waiting time before it matures enough to be drinkable I don’t want to devote the space to storing it if it doesn’t come out right in the end.
