They call James Herbert ‘the world grand master of horror’ or at least that’s what it says here. With that in mind, Herbert might be scaring the living daylights of his publishers in the not-too-distant future.
That’s because the Kindle version of his brand new book, Ash, which was published just a couple of weeks ago, is available for a mere 20p outlay right now. Given that the physical hardback of Ash retails for £18.99, that’s the kind of saving that could make the blood run from your face if you were the author and it turned out that someone had cocked up on your ebook pricing and subsequent royalty haul. Or perhaps it’s a genuine, extra-special offer. Either way, get one now, while you can…

Done forget the iPhone 4S will be on special offer from tonight too.
Bought the James Herbert by the way. It might turn out to be rubbish but at that price it’s worth a go. thanks for the tip.
James Herbert is my 3rd favourite British author behind Pratchett and Robert Rankin, I won’t be getting this though as I’m a bit of a paper snob when it comes to books!
You are all over the Apple hating today aren’t you Darrell!
How is that hating?
Hating? Me? I do wish people would stop saying that. I’m just having a little fun at the fanboys expense. Just as it’s Christmas for Apple Fans its Midsummer Night for my puckish sense of humour.
you’ve got it all wrong. If it’s a fandriod mocking apple it’s all in good fun. If it’s an apple fan mocking android…… then it’s trolling!
Well, OK, if you insist. I can’t say I agree with that though.
You do know that the iPhone and every other product drops their price when a new version come out. Right?
I bought this book for 20p and am thoroughly engrossed ***** stars
