Google just released an update to its search app for iOS. Now it has the Knowledge Graph built inside, meaning you can ask it questions and it will answer right back.
So if you say “Who’s the president of South Africa?” it will just say “Jacob Zuma” rather than offering a bunch of results you don’t care about. That’s pretty awesome, and way better than Siri who seems to just search the web for the answer to every question you ask her. [App Store via Google]

No, because it’s only iOS 5. And my 4.1 S3 has it too. I reckon the ratio of iOS5 vs 4.1 devices isn’t too far off.
thats worse, if google are giving an older iOS a feature that the previous version of android cannot accesses.

I’m not really either! I think both ecosystems have their benefits. I use Android and Windows myself, because I’m, but I’d probably use Android and Mac if I could.

Siri (and even Siri 2.0) are sh*te compared to this…. hang on, was this shown with the usual “sequence shortened” disclaimer, to make it look more responsive?
It can be that quick, but it’s not as good as this makes out to be.
Siri can recognise more distinct words, i.e. game titles and words like hypothesis. But all in all this is very fast and 80% Accurate.

am counting down the days till i can order the 10, i have till then to decide to order the 4 as well, i am in the process of justifying it to myself.
Yea, specs and screen look good, but I’m not too keen on the looks of the device itself, I think the 4 looks awesome, the 7 looks cheap and cheerful, but the 10 just looks cheap
I will probably like it in the flesh.
