We’ve seen a couple of trailers now, and a load of gorgeous DB5-featuring images, but this complete two-minute trailer will tell you everything you need to know about Skyfall. Time to break out the credit card and book those tickets.
The early reviews seem to indicate Skyfall is going to be a right corker, and if the movie actually turns out to be anything like the trailer, Bond is back, and better than ever. Now, has everyone already got their tickets for Friday? [YouTube via TotalFilm]

before I click play can someone reassure me that the god awful theme does not feature in this video?
It doesn’t
No Adele to be seen.
That’s a relief, god knows how I’m going to be able to cope in the cinema, maybe get some really load and shouty Thrash/Speed/Death Metal to play over the titles.
Well, that would be annoying…
Given how awful the Adele song is I’m sure people would thank me for a bit of Cannibal Corpse.
I recommend earplugs.
Not going to be enough, with a cinema sound system even if you cant hear anything you will FEEL that low frequency drone through the vibrations in the chair and floor.
You could always make a quick visit to the snack man whilst the song is on.
2 things about that.
1. When has the service at any concession within a UK Cinema been quick?
2. I don’t fancy getting a second job just to pay for a bag of popcorn and a soft drink.
You’re not alone. I’m seriously wondering if showing up late enough to miss the credit sequence is a viable option.
The problem is, Bond films always have a pre-credit sequence, don’t want to miss that. Has anyone got tickets to the Premier or an early screening who can report on how far in and for how long we will need to protect our sanity?
Try the runpee app. It’s meant to be used to let you know when there’s a quiet bit of the flm and how long it is so you can take a comfort break but you could probably find out when the opening song is.
Tickets have been booked for over a week now. 8:15pm on Friday. Can’t wait
Then in the interests of our sanity can we ask you to give us the following info.
1. From the start of the film, how long till the Adele theme song starts?
2. How long does it last?
3. Does it reappear at anytime during the film? If so start time and duration.
4. Does it reprise on the end credits?
5. Is there some sort of post credits sequence we should hang around for.
Yeah, that’s not going to happen.. Far too much awesomeness to been seen to be looking at a stopwatch!
You really hate it that much? It’s not exactly a classic but it doesn’t make me want to Van Gogh myself
I’m probably just overreacting for comedic effect, but possibly not, it is dire.
Tickets for Saturday night at the BFI Imax! haven’t been this excited about going to the cinema since, well, ever!
modern trailers give all the game away. is this cos the latest people prefer it this way?
