The publisher of Viz magazine has increased the amount of content available to buyers of its iPad Profanisaurus app, bringing the total number of alternative swear words up to a staggering 300,000. That is a chuftie-load of definitions.
The updated app pulls in all the expanded content from the most recent Das Krapital print edition of Roger’s Profanisaurus, with a changed layout that now includes illustrated sections, linked words, highlighting of your favourite entries and, heaven forbid, social network sharing through email, Twitter and Facebook.
Plus if you’ve previously paid for the iPhone version, this iPad one’s a free upgrade. Good work on getting all that interesting language past Apple’s censors, too. [iTunes]
