Though this CHARLI-2 Robot doesn’t do the sexy legs of PSY quite as well, it can pretty much do every other move of PSY’s hit Gangnam Style. The horse riding, the little lasso twirl, the crowd pumping, it’s hilarious. Watch it.
CHARLI-2 is a five-foot tall robot from Virginia Tech that has incredible balance (and dance skills!). The Navy is using CHARLI-2 for research on its firefighting robot of the future. Though it’s obviously not as hilarious as watching the portly PSY run around and dance, it’s still pretty cool to see a skinny robot pull off those moves too. LOL, yeah can pretty do much anything except for at any point lift one or more legs off the ground. In fact the toes look like they are bolted to the floor? I admit it has been designed nice and has stylish looking parts, but tis just a couple of dozen hi-speed acom servos TBH
He surely does it better than me hehehe.
