Eddy Cue, Apple’s head of Internet software and services, just joined the board of Ferrari, which could mean that Apple’s cozying up to the auto manufacturer in hopes of creating products and services for cars. It’s not too surprising that Apple would be trying to get more mileage out of products like iCloud and iOS by incorporating them into cars, but it’s hard to make much out of the announcement.
