According to “sources” who claim to be speaking on behalf of Harrison Ford, the notoriously grumpy 70-year-old actor is open to the idea of reprising his Han Solo role in the future Disney Star War movies. And Luke and Leia are up for it, too.
The quotes, delivered to Entertainment Weekly, claim Harrison Ford is “open to the idea of doing the movie and he’s upbeat about it” with the mole also suggesting that Mark Hamill and Carrie Fisher are equally excited about the prospect of suiting up and returning to cliché land to resume their space adventuring. And pocketing £5m for a 30-second fan-pleasing cameo, we’d cynically suggest.
Which would be interesting. But whether you should believe the words of someone who’s supposedly on chit-chat terms with Luke, Leia and Han is another matter. [EW via Total Film]
