Pixar has renamed part of its headquarters — in fact, the studio’s main building — after Steve Jobs. It’s easy to forget that Jobs had a non-Apple side, but in fact he invested heavily in Pixar before it became profitable, and this serves as a permanent reminder. [Pixar News via 9to5mac]

Pixar remains the best thing Jobs ever did. And I say that as a happy owner of an iphone, ipad and mulitple ipods.
what? he bought a company from another company?
He invested in Pixar post being effectively kicked out of Apple by the Board.
ye it was under lucas films that all the technology was developed though wasnt it?
Not sure about that. I don’t think so.
He stopped them going under in the 80′s. They’d grown a lot under Lucasarts, but Jobs came in in 1986. I’m pretty sure they would’ve done a bunch more development between that and Toy Story in 1995
That’s it…..
I will no longer be watching any pixar films…..
you mean iPixar films
you not gonna watch the new 3d animated star wars film?
Any real reason?
Because I hate(d) steve jobs and his attitude towards everything
So if you hated him so much, why did you watch Pixar films in the first place?
because they hadn’t renamed a building after the twat
That’s an incredibly odd reason for you not to wish to enjoy yourself, but I can’t be bothered arguing any further. Despite the fact it is only a name, and it’ll never affect you whatsoever.
There’s no arguing going on..
Not sure why you’re taking it so seriously
