We already can beat a good ol’ practical effect. There’s a lot more CG out there than people realise

I went to the Skyfall Lodge set in Surrey and that Aston was really a citroen with a fake shell (according to the security guys). They spent at least an hour filming close ups of the bonnet being pelted with bullets.
