I thought no one could beat the all mighty Bieber, but Psy has gone and done it. Gangnam Style is the most watched video of all time on YouTube. The world has changed forever, and it’s for the better.
The 34-year-old Psy’s managed to rack up 808m views, and 5.4m likes since July, and for good reason. Not only is the song incredibly catchy, but my, that video is addictive too. Hell, I’ve had the horrific pleasure of watching Sir Bruce Forsyth bust out Gangnam-style on Strictly Come Dancing — if that doesn’t scream mainstream, I don’t know what does. Take that Bieber. [BBC]

Well, I wouldn’t agree with that. Something more mainstream has superseded another. I’m not a fan of song to be honest. Having said that, watching the video months ago it is better and more fun than any Bieber/Rebecca Black/etc. video.
This reaffirms all over again that democracy is sometimes not the solution and colelctive intelligence is, for the most part, stupid.
