Much as we might like to pretend otherwise, there’s one real thing underlying all of the food and merriment of Christmas: pressies. We agonise over buying them, spend hours wrestling with tape and ribbons and scented unicorn hair to wrap the whole lot up with, and then bung them under a tree for days on end. Question is though, what did you get from your loved ones (or possibly your stalkers)?
Did St Nick come visiting with some exciting new piece of technology? A new disgusting jumper to rival all others in the humiliation stakes? More importantly, were you happy with the stuff you got, or are you frantically bashing the keys on eBay right now trying to get rid of it? Tell all below.

When Did Handheld Vacuums Get So Beautiful?
So Where the Hell Do I Get Cool Christmas Decorations?
These Lucky School Kids Get to Learn In a Building Right Out of a Pixar Movie
I got the new Sony Pulse Headset.
I’m very impressed with it, even though I have only played with it for 10 mins as my family has been hogging the TV!
I got a train set and a lego set and my mammy said I have to eat all of my greens before I can play on it and my cat does not like it but my brother does and we are going to play later and then have some pudding.
*sniff*
Well, I already own every current apple product and accessory (apart from iPads which are just pointless stretched iPod touches), so my family couldn’t get me many gadgety things… Still, I got a super cool “philips sonicare diamond” toothbrush, it’s utterly amazing, it comes with it’s own glass and it charges when you put it in the glass, it has lots of modes and it’s extraordinarily powerful, it even flosses and also has a carry case that is also a wireless charger, basically you put the toothbrush in the case and it charges, the charger/carry case also has a usb charger lead which allows charging via usb while travelling, even works with iphone chargers… I also got some prada shoes, some cool adidas gym kit, a “hala-hala” screaming clock, a logitech bluetooth speaker adapter (which works brilliantly for bluetooth technology), a Trussardi perfume, and a extendable fork, and other non-gadgety things! Best Christmas Ever! I LOVE Christmas! it just keeps getting better!
My Girlfriend got a Dog for her bday/Chrimpas.
(Lucky December/January people who get to double up their present size.)
But cos she’s at a hotel over the holiday I got to take him home.

Christmas is a family time, a time for reflection and a time for giving thanks. I do not wish to ‘tell all’ on a public forum such as this. Some things should be kept private, and personal.
For shame, Chris, for shame. Off to the church with you boy!
Anyway, shouldn’t we all be calling it ‘holiday season’? That’s what murkuns have been brainwashed into calling it by AIPAC.
Hope y’all enjoyin’ y’all Holiday Season…y’all.
Wrong, it’s about the presents I tell you! For further evidence I point you to this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DtZR3lJobjw
so what presents did you get Chris
Only technological thing was an iPad Mini (well, an IOU for one anyway). Otherwise, books and jumpers. Oh, and some awesomely alcoholic chocolate
lol its ferrero rocher chocs for me

Chillie chocolates? Sound dangerous!
i though so too, but they are very moorish,
especially the ones that have a powdery covering
i had my nexus 10 (early well i had to test it lol)
a new lens for my camera
and my present to myself was ebuyer was selling those 15 quid helicopters on a promo on Facebook for 5quid, i have had so much fun with that thing, but it is something i will get bored of, so don’t mind a fiver
and screw religion (all religion) Christmas is about presents family and over indulgence)
I got a Nexus 7, ooh and chocolate. Very much enjoying both.
A bread maker! No longer will I be beholden to the crappy, practically going-off bread we get in London supermarkets
i always fancied on of those but dont fancy cleaning them
Try making cinnamon rolls in it. It will blow your mind.
Chris is right, and there’s so much more you can make with it. Don’t have one myself but a friend of mine does.
Do guys buy each other gifts? Thought that is what gays and women do.
what about gay women?
what a ridiculous “macho” comment… of course guys buy each other gifts, that’s if the guys you know are true friends who care about you and not just occasional “mates”… god, I hate the word “mates” and its stupendous perceived meaning, it’s so last century… 21st century men have feelings and are not afraid to show them even through gifts to male friends, it’s not just gays and women (and gay women) who are emotionally “awake” in this world.
Never bought a guy a gift and never known a guy to buy a gift for another guy…… just seems rather gay.
Now, I know you’re not using that in the derogatory sense, but aren’t we kind of over all of that thing? I mean, personally I have no real care about the word Gay being used like that, I tend to enjoy it and go along with the joke, most I find pretty hilarious to be fair!
But really, someone to buy someone else a present, even if they’re two guys, shouldn’t really be classed as Gay. It’s more something as a way of saying thanks, in my eyes at least. Thanks for being there as a friend, and if you’ve known them a long while, it could be something pretty meaningful, a good memory remembered in an item, something people may look at and go “So, what’s that all about?”.
Just my point of view mind, and in case you hadn’t picked up on it, Gay and proud here.
A Casio g shock watch. I’m very pleased with it. Hopefully it will last more than a few weeks on the farm. I’ve got through two watches in the last month already.

A leak in the ceiling.
My 7 yr old and 4 yr old sons are really into doctor who, so we got a specially made 3/4 sized Dalek with all lights and sounds he can play in for the 7yr old and a 3/4 sized Tardis for the squeaky 4 yr old. I lost half my living room but gained very happy kids:)
I mostly got money, which went towards nabbing myself two SSD’s and a brand new 46″ TV, so kind of a good haul?
Note: I care not about gifts from xmas, but rather seeing my family/friends or my partners family and friends. It’s about people, not gifts…Though, they are nice as well!
