There’s been a lot of talk about The Hobbit surrounding it’s release, whether it’s about the special effects or about that contentious frame rate, but there’s been a certain zaniness missing in the conversation. Not any more, characteristically wacky Taiwanese Animation studio NMA has weighed in with some absurdity.
The critics who can’t hang with 48FPS are dinosaurs! Get it?! Dinosaurs! Satire at its best. Rock on NMA. [Laughing Squid]

Here's Everything Wrong with The Hobbit
Nice video, shame it’s not the hobbit one.

I saw the HFR show on sat night.. unfortunately the long ass dragged out scenes over shadowed the tech of the film. 48fps didn’t make a huge difference, was just a bit smoother during fight scenes and long fly-overs. You could have cut an hour from that film easily and maintained the plot.
2 good films would be better than 3 stretched out ones
Could have been twice the length for me. I absolutely bloody loved it!
I loved The Lord of the Rings but this was just dull at the beginning. It was fine once it got going but was too long
It builds almost continuously till the end, which I liked about it. I bet at the end you wanted to watch the next one
No, at the end I wanted to stand up cos my bum was numb !! lol
Don’t get me wrong I will be going to see the next 2, I did enjoy it. I just found it very much felt like it was stretched out a little too long.
