We’re all using January to detox and get fit, right? That’s it, nod your head as if you mean it. We know what you’re REALLY up to.
But if you are trying to turn over a new leaf and get outdoors to do fitness stuff, it’ll be wholly improved with a soundtrack. Which is why we’re recommending you get an iPod Nano, currently with £40 off at £79.99. It’s as light as a feather so it won’t stop you from gliding effortlessly around the park, but it’ll hold up to 4,000 of your favourite songs to listen to while you’re puking in the bushes. Oh and it’s bright yellow, so you might want to keep it in your pocket.

Detoxing and getting fit for January is what I am all about, except instead of a detox it’s beer and instead of getting fit, I have no friends.
Detoxing? A complete myth instigated by people who want to fleece you out of money to try their “detox methods”. Getting fit? recommended, if only I had the time…..
And the iPod Nano? I’d put it in my detox category!
I think loosely speaking, what I consider to be detoxing is to abstain from drugs, alcohol and overly processed foods. Drinking enough water doesn’t do any harm either. Just listen to your body maaan.
