Hooray, the Microsoft Surface just got slightly more useful. A Dropbox app for Windows 8′s Metro modern UI is finally available. If you’ve got true Win 8 on your machine, I’m guessing you’ve already got the x86 Windows Dropbox app, but now you can have two. Awesome? [Windows Store]

Was the Windows 8 UI Designed on a Mac?
On Second Thought: Microsoft Is Calling Metro "Modern UI Style" Now
Microsoft's "Metro" UI Is Now Just "Windows 8"
Today is the day I’ve finally given up on Windows 8. I’m backing my files up and going back to Windows 7. For anyone thinking of making the jump – don’t.
What made you give up on it?
Well not the clunky interface remarkably, it said it was installing updates last night, turned it on for work this morning and it said it had encountered an error and needed to do a ‘system refresh’, but this wouldn’t effect my ‘files, folders and settings’ – came back after about 10 mins of a refresh and had basically reinstalled the windows system files and put all my program files into windows.old. No warnings no prompts, nothing.
Funny, I’ve not found the interface at all clunky.
