We’ve mentioned his before but one of the neatest things about the PlayStation Plus subscription service is the free games that they’ve started bunging out to subscribers over the past few months.
February’s offerings have just been announced and it’s another strong line-up for those gamers who have put their hands in their pockets and forked out for a PS+ subscription. 6th February will see Sleeping Dogs, Quantum Conundrum and F1 Race Stars arrive for the PS3 with WipEout 2048 and Lumines Electronic Symphony coming for the Vita over the following two weeks. Don’t forget that some games will be getting dropped from the line-up — if you want them you’ll need to ‘purchase’ them before they disappear (you can download them at any time once ‘purchased’).
- Assassins Creed 3 (Wii U) — only £23.99.
- Game of Thrones Season 1 (Blu-ray) — just £21.59.

First line “We’ve mentioned his before” <—-
Given that the offer has 48hrs remaining, I’d plug Win8 Pro for £24.99
Well it looks like I’ll be dragging the PS3 to work and downloading some new stuff this week
I’m very tempted as my area doesn’t have cable but might risk of getting fired
They say you need to activate Win8 before the 1st Feb, does that mean I can’t buy it and store it until the summer?
I had the same thought – wanted to store it until I had no choice but to upgrade. Bummer ..
The upgrade is worth it.
I never look at the “Metro screen” for longer than 2 seconds. And I haven’t replaced it with an OLD style Start Menu.
Its cleaner, faster and just all around better.
Oh well .. might as well.
