Do you remember watching Avatar? It was a pretty long time ago! And though it looked amazing in 3D IMAX (and not so amazing on sad old DVD) there were definitely things wrong with the movie. Like how it was Pocahontas or Dancing With The Wolves with a giant blue man group. Or how it was only fun when you watched it in 3D. Anyway, Cinema Sins takes Avatar to task and finds everything wrong with the movie in less than 4 minutes. [Cinema Sins]

Here's Everything That Was Wrong with The Avengers
Here's Everything That Was Wrong with Prometheus
Here's Everything That Was Wrong with Looper
Can I request that Giz UK stop featuring these. Yes they do occasionally point out plot holes or mistakes but they are mostly just some guy bitching about the bits of a film they don’t like. If I wanted that I could just watch it in my local cinema.
Assuming these keep happening, and on films that are less and less current, I’m holding out for Chan to post “Everything thing that was wrong with Metropolis”
And then “Everything that was wrong with ‘Everything thing’”. Adoy.
It’s not really Casey’s fault these get made, except of course by posting on Giz they get extra views, which encourages the makers, I just wish they weren’t posted here and have respectfully requested they aren’t. I’m sure if lots of people agree with me they will disappear, after all Kat’s nothing if not reasonable.
No I know, but to keep posting them. Surely if you liked the guy’s videos you’d go back for more. To keep going “Haaa, this guy’s at it again, but with an older film.” just seems a little silly.
That said, I hope I don’t ever get a say in the content of Giz. I’d rather there was more content, and just skip past the stuff I don’t want to read/see (or click on them, and poke fun, aha)
I agree with you. It was funny the first couple of times I watched his videos but, you’re right, he’s now just bitching about anything for views.
I quite like them, really.
And you are entitled to you opinion, however dumb and misguided it may be.
Agreed, a lot of them are tiny things as well, and really you can be this critical of anything if you try and look at it in the right way. Just strikes me as completely pointless.
All I know is the guys obviously never fallen out of a tree. You hit enough junk on the way down and you trade final impact speed for a lot of bruises.
4 minutes isn’t enough to point out the ways Avatar was balls. Seriously, am I missing the part of the brain that thought it was good? I thought it was moral cliché drivel.
I think it’s just one of those movies that people think it’s cool to take the piss out of.
I thought it was one of those movies that people thought was cool to pay an extortionate amount of money to be able to see.
Simplifying a movie down to it’s most basic structure and then ridiculing is ridiculous in it’s self. You could do that to any movie and it would sound stupid.
Except for Spongeknob Squarenuts. That is quality cinema right there, my friend. A modern day Citizen Kane, if you will…
No likey the link, No clicky the link! simples
I’m not going to watch this on principle (or on the computer, or tv, or watch, or phone…), but does he look anything like comic-book guy from the Simpsons?
Agreed. He talks far too fast (hence the need for subtitles) and most of his concerns are just stupid atempts to be funny, but aren’t.
Papa Dragon, haha.
OK so I cant rule out the possibility that I have terrible taste in movies, but I enjoyed Avatar. Sure it wasnt anything deep that challenges your mind, but mindless entertainment has its good points too
