Fucking fat Americans disgust me, how can you let yourself get like that. I know here in the UK we have fat people, however they always look like shit, like they’re dying. Where as these Americans, it’s like not only are they fat but they’re trying to make an effort elsewhere……. like no, lose weight.

Come on man, I know it might seem stupid to you, but try and exercise a little of that old empathy. Okay, it’s pretty difficult with someone as dastardly as Kim Dotcom, but with many other people it’s usually a choice they regret and not something they consciously decide on doing. I’ve seen quite a few pleas of help from people who are severely obese, saying they’re finding it massively difficult to get out of the rut they’re in.

Well worth a read of some of his blogs IMO, might give you a looksee into how hard it is to get out of a lifestyle that is making you gain weight.
1. Know where people come from before making ridiculous statements.
2. Fat people do not always look like they are dying, that again is your prejudice.
3. With that attitude you would not be a doctor and could even be looking at a malpractice suit.
4. His body weight may be as much to do with his work as it does with his eating habits. He is not going out to work on the farm at 5am everyday, im guessing he spends most of his time in front of a computer, which has served him well so far. Probably a lot better than whatever you are upto.
tbh I agree with you fella. I use to be 18 stone but I got on a diet and went to the gym and lost 6 stone. Now I can’t help but go to the gym 5 days a week. Feel so much better for it.
As I have been there I look at people and just think “you’re just lazy, get on a bike or walk or do something” there is just no excuse!
