According to some apparently leaked specs, HTC’s incoming M7 will be a 4.7-inch 1080p monster with an insane 469PPI, and come packing a 1.7GHz quad-core chip backed by 2GB of RAM, plus a 13MP shooter. Well, now the latest rumour says we’ll get to see it as early as next week at CES. Hopefully it’ll be HTC back at its best. [Twitter via TechRadar]

Nokia's New Lumia 900 Flagship Leaks Ahead of CES
Sony All But Announces Its Flagship New Monster-Phones
decent specs, the battery life will be terrible though… hope i’m proved wrong!
You never know, HTC might cotton on to the fact that people want a phone that lasts, so makes it slightly thicker with a monster battery. Here’s hoping at least.
Amen to that!
I will never buy another HTC phone again. My last 2 didn’t get updated to newer versions of Android. Had to install a bloody ROM on my Desire HD which runs ICS perfectly fine but HTC make bullshit excuses the greedy bastards.
Aye, totally agree. I’m on Desire S for last year and half, finally downloaded ICS from HTCDev but not nearly as nice as stock ICS on Nexus! Worst part, I failed to flash image for custom ROM, new 2.0.0.2 version of hBoot doesn’t support flashing. Only way was to downgrade to Gingerbread and then try flashing which is a lot more downloads so I stopped since Nexus 4 (hopefully) will be available again this year.
I will happily buy another HTC phone, just as soon as they get another Nexus, which doesn’t look like being this year.
With HTC you know they’ll make it out of that horrible Unibody material they always do which scratches easily and makes everything in your pocket stick to it. Their cameras always suck too, their built in memory is always just an sd card they don’t let you have access to, not even built into the board. Again no removable battery or Micro SD card…..
Their phones are shit.
I’m just waiting for the GS4 unless Samsung ditch Micro SD and removable battery, I doubt they will as they sell so much because they’re the most open phones.
Man Odin makes trying new roms so easy which every other phone I’ve had has been such a pain to do it like the Nexus 4… fucking hell so many steps.
They should add a setting to allow you to switch between 720 and 1080 screen resolution, this will keep the enthusiasts happy with the 1080 beauty and others like me with a descent battery life
