Sony has been beating itself up over its recent performances, using a CES presentation to admit that it “forgot” how to get people excited about its products.
“We used to make people say wow all the time” said the self-abusing voiceover at the beginning of its CES press conference late last night. “Our unique combination of artists and engineers set out to create a surprise everyday. We forgot the power of that for a while.”
