CTA Digital never fails to disappoint at CES. In past years the company has delivered some of the craziest gaming and iPad accessories, and this year they manage to both raise the bar and hit a new low with the iPotty.
Dropping in February for around £25, it’s a simple plastic potty designed for toddlers going through the horrors of potty training. But to make the process a little more enjoyable, it adds an adjustable rotating iPad stand that provides plenty of distractions during the ordeal. It comes with a removable screen cover and splashguard that you will most definitely never, ever want to actually remove, but as horrific as mixing potty time and expensive electronics sounds, it’s not like we all haven’t done it before.

I wish I’d had one of these!
Does it come in adult?
That’s what i was thinking
If you’re hungover, the iPad stand looks like the perfect thing to slump over during a beeriod
For those times, i reverse it and use the cistern to slump on. You get the added benefit of the cold china to cool you’re hot flushes. However, this position is not a pretty sight for those that accidentally walk in on you.
I’m starting to worry about you Alfred!
Save your worry for my children good sir, I have so much to teach them! The Reverse Kanga (as described above) can only mastered once they have been potty trained.
Ah …as the old saying goes; ‘you’ve got to learn to poo before you can poo backwards’.
I think I might have seen this before…in the future:

Let’s hope it doesn’t spawn a generation that have a pavlovian response of voiding their bowels every time they’re handed a tablet…
