To celebrate the imminent arrival of Sony’s stonking new Xperia Z smartphone, we have a competition for you. You can win an Xperia Z and a set of Sony SRS-BTV5 wireless speakers just by prodding a virtual Las Vegas for clues.
The little online competition uses an Xperia Z to analyse the Vegas skyline. You zoom in and out of the landscape using a virtual Xperia Z as your high-resolution digital guide, clicking the phone’s camera button whenever you locate an Xperia Z phone or the Sony/Xperia logos hidden somewhere within the buildings that make up the neon capitalist metropolis.
And that’s you entered. All competition entrants go into one enormous prize draw, from which one overall winner will be picked. That lucky person wins themselves a real, non-virtual Sony Xperia Z along with some Sony SRS-BTV5 wireless speakers, while nine runners-up receive sets of Sony’s wireless speakers for use with their existing, probably inferior mobile phones.
The competition runs until February 17th. You have to be over 16 in order to enter. Click here to have a go.

can’t still find one xperia logo and xperia z phone
Somehow I thought I need to find 2 xperia logos, but only 1 is needed. Got all of them now
well that was rather easy, i shall await my prize notification with excited and eager anticipation
Found them all, yet nothing happens… Do I wait to see if an Xperia Z turns up in the post or has something gone horribly wrong?
did you fill in your name and email address an shizzle
No prompt to do anything like that, I get the two phones and the two logos and then nothing happens
ohh when i clicked on the experia logo which was the last one i found a box popped up and asked for details
you did click on the logos and then click the take photo button didn’t you, then all your photos you have taken should be in the four boxes at the top of the page
i have just tried it again and it worked fine using Chrome
Yep, that’s what I did but nothing happened, although that was in Firefox. I’ll give it a go with Chrome now, cheers dude!
hop you can get it to work
Yeah it worked in Chrome, must be a browser compatibility thing. Cheers for your help!
no probs mate
Can’t they just send me one without all that palaver?
From that site, I went to the Sony website, more specifically the Xperia Z page.
Now … this phone does look nice. It does… but…
