Well here’s something we weren’t expecting. Sony just teased us with a super secret, super mysterious, super probably a new PlayStation (because, what else?) event next month. Let’s start speculating and freaking out about a new console war.
We’re finding out as much as we can, but for now, set your watches for February 20th, where something big is going to go down in over in the US. And you thought you’d have to wait until E3!

If the price is right on release and it comes out before the Xbox, they should have a winner
, hope GTA V was made for these consoles that would be an awesome first game. Saying that, if they made it for the PC as well they could put it on full settings for these new consoles!!
Might be a too much to ask for GTA V to be on the latest consoles. It’ll more likely be the Xbox/PS3′s swansong title.

Don’t get me wrong, I was an avid Sony Fanboi for most of my life. I spent a LOT of money with them, everything I owned was Sony. From TVs to VCR and Walkman etc.
I had the PS1, PS2, PS3, wait, PS3? Why did Sony decide to rape me in the rear over the PS3?

We shall hold you legally responsible for a TOS that was sealed in the box when you bought it, and then expect you to agree to every future BS TOS we ever dream up or lose the ability to play your damn games!

Of course there is no ACTUAL legal issue with the TOS, it’s not worth the paper it isn’t printed on as it’s not legally binding. What with you having to purchase the PS3 before you can read/agree to it. Oh, it’s so one sided as to be a legal joke. Shame Sony have so much money they can bankrupt anybody who wants to defend themselves in court whether they are right or wrong.
Sony, you screwed over a lifelong fan and customer, for more than 20 years friends listened to my recommendations to buy Sony.

I will not be buying a PS4. I didn’t buy a Vita or PSPGo, but that’s ok, neither did anybody else

Saying “The PS3 is unreliable” is NOT the same as saying “The 360 IS reliable”…
I could just buy a new PS3, except I don’t want the new FW which spies on you over the network and comes with a TOS I don’t agree too, so I can’t.
Having run an indy games shop for 10 years+, covering every major console up to the PS2 I can tell you Sony Reliability is WAY down there below all the others.

Still on my original one without even a £20 repair, although I did take it apart because the DVD drive got a bit rattly, but I don’t think that counts.

I’m not trying to start a war but I have had 2 OG Xbox 360′s with RLOD, luckily they was in warrenty and got the 2 for free but pisses me off! PS3 also had major problems with reliability aswell but not on the scale of the 360.
Hopefully both manufactures have kept reliability a top priority with these new consoles.
Thinking of switching from xbox to Playstation – didn’t want to take the plunge when a new console was in the works. Hopefully it’ll be worth the wait.
