Fans of the Ouya console have been keeping track of developments in the console’s list of forthcoming games, with an enormous forum posting currently tracking nearly 500 titles said to be hitting the little Android games machine.
The huge list is compiled by both gamers and developers, with Ouya enthusiasts and game makers adding to the massive pile of software daily. Better still, you should be able to try them all for free too, thanks to Ouya’s plan to force developers to deliver demos or timed trial periods when launching their games on the format.
Ouya should start trickling out to gamers who pre-ordered their units via the phenomenally successful Kickstarter campaign next month, ahead of a big global launch this June. [Ouya Forum via Ubergizmo]

Ouya Might Be Getting Firefox
Ouya's Going to Have XBMC too
Next Xbox Currently Codenamed "Durango"
Really very excited to see this device in action. Love the fact that they got into bed with XBMC from the beginning. To be honest if it runs Frodo smoothly and can handle any media type you throw at it, it would be worth the asking price even if that was all that it could do. But the fact that it can play games and (hopefully) run android apps has got to make it a no brainer. I’m sure it’ll get hacked too (lets face it, every other android device has) which could open up a wealth of possibilities in terms of alternative usages as well.
I’m happy to play HD games on my smartphone and for HD tv gameplay consoles are still much better than this OUYA.
I hope every single game in this library costs no more than £15..
If it does cost more.. It’ll be a deal breaker. Any less and I’m already sold.
Now you can play all the games you didn’t want to play on your phone, on your TV……..
