As expected, March 14th is the date Galaxy S fans will have to circle in their Filofaxes, for Samsung has confirmed that’ll be the date for a New York event, by sending out invites this morning. Presumably it’ll be the Galaxy S IV announcement, but maybe it’ll just be a 7.8-inch Note? Sorry, I won’t tease.

Tha’s not an Apple Invite, silly. That’s a technical glitch at an Apple product demonstration. The poster you replied to is talking about the invitations Apple send out prior to revealing a new product.
I hope it is not the Galaxy S IV because I still have 20 Months left on my Galaxy S III.
Why did I upgrade so late? WHY?!
Meh, supposedly they are just doing major OS updates and cool new software features and not pushing the tech that far this time.
I guess that those updates and features will eventually make it to the S III. If so that’s great. I won’t need to upgrade till the Galaxy S V or even VI.
Even though the rumors that its more Software based I’m still hoping that their ‘Youm’ tech to be displayed this year, hopefully in the next Note.
I do wish for the Youm tech too. How I long for that folding tablet/phone in the silly little concept/prototype video from CES. That would be a true Phablet eh?
Yeah that’s why I have hopes that it will be the next Note.
Plus someone needs to come along and mess with the standard rounded rectangle formula and the CES demo is the best looking thing
I will unfortunately be in The Maldives during this announcement…I will shot a cursory glance to New York from Lumia-land if the Wi-Fi is half decent at the resort.
