This map, put together by China File, plots all of the publicly available suppliers who fuel Apple’s production lines. While the majority are found in Asia, it’s interesting to see that the rest of world represents, too.
Each point on the interactive map represents an individual supplier, provided with complete context — from Analog Devices in Limerick, Ireland, to Arvato Digital in Smithfield, Australia. Explore the zoomable, clickable version of the map here.
There are even, as you can see, five suppliers based in Britain — bet you didn’t know that. [China File]

Claiming Intel as being in Ireland feels a little bit odd….
Well it’s got 5000-odd people working there so Dublin will be one of it’s bigger sites.
This is BS, most of those companies do their manufacturing in China. Several reasons for offices in other places of the world. They are registered in other places for tax reasons. Not just obvious tax avoidance like Ireland and elsewhere in UK(with none doms the whole place including mainland is tax haven). They also move stuff across borders, on paper at least, raw materials in particular moved between high and low tax areas to inflate prices of raw materials and drop finished product again for tax avoidance.
