It’s been a while since we’ve stumbled across an alarm clock that uses some annoying gimmick to ensure you get out of bed in the morning. But this £15 mini golf game trapped inside a plastic dome might actually be a less rage-inducing way to start your day.

It has all the basic functions of your run-of-the-mill alarm clock, but to silence it you’ll need to successfully sink a putt, either by navigating the ball through the plastic course, or just randomly shaking it until the ball ends up in the hole. It doesn’t care you how reach the goal, it just cares that you haven’t immediately fallen back asleep.
