Dirt, hairballs, crumbs, small children: Dyson vacuums can triumph over pretty much anything. But there’s still that lingering question: what about flames? We all know that feeling when your living room rug spontaneously ignites in a blaze of hellfire right before company comes over. It’s the worst. But fret not — YouTube user Photonvids has your solution. [Photonvids via BuzzFeed]

Followed by firefighter redundancies?
This guy needs a bigger garden.
So the petrol was burning off then?
That has to be one of the most retarded things Ive seen.
Why on earth does he set it on fire afterwards?!
Look in a mirror why don’t you. This is PhototonicInduction, one of the smartest electrical engineer entertainers on youtube- he blows up electronics for fun. Sucking up fire is just an excuse to get the motor from the hoover & blow that up too by running a few thousand volts through it. Check out the rest of his channel before passing judgment eh?
The mistake here is that this is a controlled fire, livingroom rug/carpet fires aren’t controlled.
and petrol is a nice free flowing liquid, melted likely synthetic fibre carpets are not, if you tried it on a burning rug the melted substance would likely stick all over it and just set the hoover on fire too
Great news for my misses -”love, now you can vacuum not only during every F1 race but also in the middle of house fire”. I’m sure she will be thrilled!
total moron.
Stop talking to yourself.
I swear I saw someone do this years ago.
The unemployed don’t just sit on their arses watching Jeremy Kyle then.
He isn’t unemployed, he is a very successful business owner as it happens. This is PhototonicInduction, one of the smartest electrical engineer entertainers on youtube- he blows up electronics for fun. Sucking up fire is just an excuse to get the motor from the hoover & blow that up too by running a few thousand volts through it. Check out the rest of his channel before passing judgment eh?
as you have posted this three times you have forced me to school you.
He is a complete tard, for two very simple reasons. He tries to light a liquid fire with a cigarette by throwing the cigarette into the pool of liquid. anyone with a basic knowledge of how fire works and how flammable liquids work would call this guy a moron. hes using a flammable liquid to make a fire on a patch of concrete. pouring a flammable liquid onto a flat surface and attempting, unsuccessfully to light it. vapor burns, not the liquid. he is wearing clothes that will absorb the vapor. he is a moron.
secondly, he is doing a very bad job of his experiment anyway. hes basically showing that when you remove the fuel from a fire, it goes out. well fuck me.
1. It’s called pissing around; lighten up.
2. I can assure you, no moron would be as successful as he is at business.
Like I said, check out his videos and you will appreciate why he does what he does and how experienced he is at doing it ( electrical engineer with his own company ).
And lighten up, stop taking everything so seriously all the time when it’s obvious someone is just messing around and not trying to conduct a serious ‘experiment’…
You cant suck up fire its not a thing. That doesnt make sense but you know what I mean dammit
Well obviously, he’s sucking up the fuel which is burning.
