Microsoft's official internet mouthpieces are all champing at the bit to tell us that they know something we don't, with MS exec Aaron Greenberg claiming we'll see plenty of exclusive games on the machine -- and a release this Christmas.
Speaking to Microsoft's other US Xbox evangelist Major Nelson on his most recent podcast, Greenberg said of this week's event: "People are going to get a great inside look at the making of the new platform and the team that brought it to life," also giving us a hint at the machine's launch date by suggesting we'll see more between this event and the "holiday" period. As in, Christmas. When it'll launch, and hopefully not just in the US.
He also suggested Microsoft is preparing a two-pronged unveiling of the next Xbox, with this week's event concentrating mainly on the hardware and console's updated OS, with more in the way of game announcements being saved for showing at June's E3 gaming event.
Meanwhile, where there's tech, there's porn. Online adult film provider SugarDVD has announced plans to provide streaming pornography to users of the next Xbox, although, as it's just directing users to a web page, that's a pretty straw-clutching boast designed to cash-in on this week's big news from MS.
